Kuro Oka is a small hobby breeder located in Black Hawk, South Dakota. We are very passionate and dedicated to the preservation of the Shiba Inu as intended by the Japanese Preservation Society, (NIPPO). Each litter is carefully planned and raised in our home with a focus on socialization, breed type and structure.
